Disclaimer♡ Commerical RightsㄴIllustration: Artist retains all commercial rights until the Commerical rights are bought to the illustration. Client may NOT make any type of profit off of the piece. Ex: prints, phyiscal items, etc.ㄴCharacter Design: Client can not make profit off a character until the character rights are bought from the artist/designer. Ex: Art Pieces created by other artist to be used as Merchandise.*Notes: Commertial rights give clients the full right to monetize the illustration/design. Commertial rights will be a fee equal to the ILLUSTRATION commission. *This does not include character design or outfit design♡ Important Info
ㄴMy art is Not to be used to AI purpose. Do not Upload or use to any sort of websites that will edit my art.
ㄴ My art is not to be altered in any type of way. Ex: removing signature, altering color, photoshopping, tracing.Payments♡ Payments will be made up front right before the commission startsㄴPayments are usually Paid Through a Paypal invoice. (No Friends or Family Will be Accepted upon Request)ㄴ Depending on Agreement a payment plan may be set to split the payment in half for a commission of $1000 or more.ㄴOnce The Commission has been started, no refund will be accecpted. (I only accept payment before I start working on your commission, it is quite reasonable)Final Product♡ Once I deliver you a product, no alterations or changes can be made unless I have made a mistake.
